THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE ONLY. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL. This notice does NOT constitute a request for proposal, request for quote or invitation for bid. The intent of this notice is to identify potential firms for market research purposes and to determine available socio-economic groups the requirement may be competed under. Naval Facilities Engineering System Command (NAVFAC), Mid-Atlantic, Public Works Department (PWD) Great Lakes is seeking an eligible business with the expertise in the managing, operating, altering, repairing, replacing, testing and maintenance of vertical transportation equipment. The contract term will be a base period plus (4) four 12-month (one year) option periods. Interested business entities are encouraged to respond to this source sought by submitting a completed Sources Sought Questionnaire. The NAICS code applicable to this type of work will be 238290 – Other Building Equipment Contractors with a size standard of $22 million. Product service code S216 – Housekeeping Facilities Operation Support. Offerors are required to be registered in System for Award Management (SAM).
