CLIN 0001 (Base) - The contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, materials, equipment and applicable safety precautions necessary to design and construct a new operational and certified Fire and Rescue Station, connected with road infrastructure and provided with four (4) truck bays (one for cleaning) within a footprint of 620 m2. The contractor shall provide a minimum of 600 m² of pavement, rated for heavy traffic for Construct Fire and Rescue Station, Ocnita, Moldova, in accordance with the Performance Technical Specifications provided as Attachment 1 to this Solicitation CLIN 0002 (Option) - The contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, materials, equipment and applicable safety precautions necessary to design and construct the Fire and Rescue Station facility to include a Pad-mounted generator, additional 600 m² of heavy load pavement, new sidewalks along the roads adjacent to the plot of land (200 liner meters), perimeter fence (410 linear meters), and additional site development as necessary for Construct Fire and Rescue Station, Ocnita, Moldova, in accordance with the Performance Technical Specifications provided as Attachment 1 to this Solicitation
