Responses from all qualified and experienced sources including small businesses, 8(a) small businesses, service-disabled veteran-owned small businesses, HUBZone small businesses, and Women-owned small businesses are encouraged to respond to the Notice. The ideal provider will have verifiable experience and expertise in CFO type publications and marketing materials consulting support for the Department of Defense, including: Independently compile subject matter content to create enterprise plans, exhibits and high visibility reports and artifacts (e.g. annual stakeholder reports, catalogs, fact sheets, pamphlets) Developing messaging for internal and external consumption on financial strategies Virtual consulting engagement opportunities The capabilities’ statement should include recent and relevant contracts (last 3 years), including the contract number, dollar value, period of performance, and scope of the work. Please respond to the contact listed below with no more than three pages explaining in detail the magnitude of your experience in the above referenced subject matter area.
