The Air Force Test Center intends to award a sole-source, firm-fixed-price contract to Weather Gage Technologies for software development and systems integration services to modify the government-owned Mission Termination System (MTS). The work will design, integrate, and test an Autonomy Government Reference Architecture (A-GRA) compatible interface and message processor, enabling Software-in-the-Loop, Hardware-in-the-Loop, and live flight testing of autonomous UAS and Collaborative Combat Aircraft. Performance will be at Edwards Air Force Base, California, supporting the 412 TENG Experimental Test Force, with a goal of delivering a TRL 9 certified product. This notice is informational only, but interested parties believing they possess the required technical capability may submit a written capability statement for evaluation. The sole-source justification cites WGT's unique expertise with the TACE/MTS codebase and previous similar work for the Navy.
