The Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA) is seeking capability statements from potential vendors to provide integrated mission support services to the DTRA Chemical and Biological Division- Pueblo Treaty Monitoring Branch Treaty Compliance mission. The primary focus of the requirement is supporting the Organisation for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons (OPCW) inspectors at the Pueblo Chemical Agent-Destruction Pilot Plant (PCAPP) located in Pueblo, CO. Overall mission support services include: the escort oversight and support of inspectors at PCAPP, lodging and transportation and driver escort services for inspectors, and the program management of these services. DTRA is seeking to understand the interest level and capabilities of any interested vendors that are qualified, or potentially qualified, to perform the requirement. DTRA is additionally interested in ascertaining the business size and classification of any interested vendors for the purposes of market research and acquisition planning. Interested vendors are encouraged to review the attached Sources Sought Notice (SSN) and DRAFT Statement of Work (SOW) for additional background information, requirements, and response instructions. Responses are to be submitted no later than: Tuesday, May 14, 2019, at 4 p.m. EST.
