RFI - Survey for Advance Contract Initiative Temporary Emergency Power
This Advance Contract Initiative is a fact-finding survey—not a solicitation or RFP—seeking non-proprietary industry feedback on logistics, mobilization sequencing, subcontractor relationships, and cost/risk drivers for Temporary Emergency Power. Feedback should focus on practical execution risks, costs, and feasible alternatives that could improve response speed and efficiency. Results will inform further scope considerations and whether additional industry outreach is needed. Temporary Emergency Power missions may occur anywhere in the United States and its territories. A survey link and sample Performance Work Statement are provided for review.
