In order to operate and support the PGS being built for White Sands Missile Range (WSMR) it is required to provide a DAS that includes computer equipment to determine when the PGS will operate, as the system requires knowing when to send a signal. Computer equipment used at WSMR includes Apple computers for their current instrumentation and functionality, and hence this request is to allow WSMR to have an Apple computer for the PGS software development, as it will allow for them to keep the same functionality that currently exists.
