This Request for Information (RFI) is being issued by Air Combat Command (ACC) Acquisition Management and Integration Center (AMIC) as part of its Market Research to identify available sources, capabilities, and receive industry input with regard to two separate Spectrum Monitoring System requirements: AMIC intends to award a sole source modification to its current contract, FA489020P0015 with CFRS to upgrade to the current Spectrum Monitoring System at Joint Base Langley-Eustis (JBLE). AMIC is also pursuing a separate acquisition for an ACC Enterprise Spectrum Monitoring Solution and is considering an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract that provides all the equipment, labor, installation, and training necessary to install Spectrum Monitoring Systems at up to 13 ACC bases. The intent for the enterprise solution is for all systems to be monitored from Langley AFB. It is currently anticipated that Seymour Johnson AFB and Shaw AFB will be the first bases to require system installation.
