The Army Contracting Command – Detroit Arsenal seeks information on industry interest and capabilities for the production of an Enhanced Electronic Automatic Activation Device (EEAAD) and related components for parachute use. There is no Technical Data Package associated with this procurement. First Article Testing will be required. Responses will assist the government in planning its acquisition strategy.
