This is a Sources Sought notice. This is NOT a solicitation for proposals, proposal abstracts, or quotations. Description: The Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA) is seeking to identify organizations/institutions/ companies capable of supporting the Biological Threat Reduction Agency. This project is a new effort to develop and execute an integrated plan for all logistics, communications, and management activities to conduct multiple national-level workshops across the Eastern Europe and Eurasia (EEE) region, and an EEE regional workshop. This is not a request for competitive proposals; however, interested parties should respond in writing with a statement of capabilities package. It is requested that interested businesses having the capabilities necessary to meet or exceed all aspects of the effort described in the attached document, submit to the contract specialist a statement of capabilities package (no more than 10 pages in length, single-spaced, 12 point font minimum) demonstrating the ability to perform the services listed above. A one page cover letter must be provided with each submission with the following information: Company Name and Address, Company Business Size and Business Size Status, Point of Contact Name, Phone Number, and Email Address. All responses must be submitted no later than 12:00 PM, Eastern Standard Time on Wednesday, May 27, 2020. All questions pertaining to this announcement must be submitted in writing to Ms. Sara Toni, Contract Specialist, at sara.j.toni.civ@mail.mil This notice does not obligate the Government to award a contract or otherwise pay for the information provided in the response. DTRA will evaluate all submissions that comply with the submission instructions using the following criteria: breadth, depth, and relevancy of experience as it relates to the work described above and in the document.
