* THIS DRAFT RFP CLOSING HAS BEEN EXTENDED TO 9-14-2023 at 4:00 pm EST * ACC-APG is pleased to provide the following DRAFT Request a Proposal #2 (DRFP #2) for the Command Post Integrated Infrastructure (CPI2) Inc. 1 requirement. All documents are still in draft form and the requirement/attached documents have not been finalized or approved at this time. Do not submit proposals in response to this DRAFT RFP. ACC-APG intends to award a Single-Award IDIQ to one (1) qualified offeror as defined in this Draft RFP. This contract vehicle will include one (1) two (2) year ordering period and two (2) three (3) year option periods. Please submit all questions, comments, or suggestions regarding this notice, the Draft RFP, or any of the Draft attachments via email to Mr. Walker Bazemore at: walker.d.bazemore.civ@mail.mil and Mr. Justin Tahilramani at: justin.a.tahilramani.civ@army.mil. All questions, comments, and/or suggestions must be received no later than 4:00 pm EST on 12 September 2023. Synopsis: CPI2 provides a scalable, integrated mobile Command Post (CP) infrastructure solution that enables mobility, survivability, dispersion, and the exercise of Mission Command (MC). CPI2 seeks to develop, procure, and field Main Command Posts (MAIN) and Tactical Command Posts (TAC) at Corps, Division (DIV), Brigade (BDE) and Battalion (BN) echelons. These solutions will incorporate approved Commercial and Government Off-The-Shelf (COTS/GOTS) as well as Government Programs of Record (PoR) systems that support CP operational needs. The final solicitation will be issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP) utilizing Federal Acquisition Regulation, Part 15 - Contracting by Negotiation. The Contracting Officer for this acquisition is Mr. Justin Tahilramani. *Please Note: This contract does not include engineering and integration of CPI2 on Formation Appropriate Vehicles such as Stryker, Armored Multi-Purpose Vehicle (AMPV), or Joint Light Tactical Vehicle (JLTV). This contract is for engineering and integration of CPI2 on the Family of Medium Tactical Vehicles and ISO containers.
