The Air Force intends to solicit the following supply: The 76 Aircraft Maintenance Group (AMXG) is requesting the establishment of a five (5) year Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) to procure Patheon surface pretreatment PreKote Blue in accordance with (IAW) Technical Order (TO) 1C-135-6WS-25, TO 1-1-8 to be used on the KC-135, C130J, C-130 AFSOC, B-1, E-3, and E-6 during the wash process. The item description is as follows: PreKote Blue In accordance with Technical Order (TO) 1C-135-6WS-25 and 1-1-8: 275 Gal Tote, P/N 101891-109 (MSN: 6850PHM00372503) Estimated Quantity: 72 totes per year (275 gallons each) A Firm Fixed Price type contract is contemplated.
