The Commander, Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWC-AD) Patuxent River, MD and the Naval Undergraduate Flight Training Systems, PMA-273, located at Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR), Patuxent River, MD are conducting a Market Survey of Industry to determine potential interested sources that have the skills and experience required to provide all labor, engineering, configuration management, equipment, tools, facilities, technical data, parts, and material to accomplish the repair of the TH-57 250-C20J engines manufactured by Rolls-Royce. The Government intends to use this information to best determine whether the TH-57 Engine Repair effort should be competed via “full and open competition” or as a “small business set-aside”. Further details can be found in the Sources Sought Notice and Draft Performance Work Statement (PWS) attached to this posting.
