CERP B-52 SHORING CRADLE PURPOSE/DESCRIPTION The Government is conducting market research to identify potential sources that possess the production data/repair data, expertise, capabilities, and experience to meet qualification requirements for the procurement of fuselage shoring and trailers. It shall include: 565 AMXS Shoring Specifics 1.(1 each) Cradles at body stations; 345, 435, 1484, 110, 175, 1719, 1655 (total of 7 cradles perset). 2.Use soft rubber at contact surface of the cradles to avoid damage to the aircraft 3.There should not be any air gaps while supporting the aircraft 565 AMXS Shoring Trailer Specifics 1.Dimensions are: 6'?0 wide x 16'?0 long. 2.Wallace Forge Coupler ring 16137 3.#84 Trailer wheel spindle SP20484 at the front & rear axles 4.Idler hub rated at 3,500 pounds 5.205/65?10 Tire & 10" wheel with Load Rating "C" 6.All the seven cradles can be secured on the trailer at same time.
