The requested equipment item descriptions/specifications are outlined below: • Remanufacture on Two (2) Abrasive Floor Auger System, Model Number: Custom / Serial # 804 OC #’s 20729/20730, to include the following: o Removal of Lids, Grating, Shed Plates, Augers, and Throughs o Clean & Clear Water and Debris from under Media Reclaim Trough including pressure wash (x2) separate reclaims that are approximately 39’ in length. o Clean & Clear Water and Debris from under Media Reclaim Trough including pressure wash (x2) separate reclaims that are approximately 39’ in length. o Remanufacture of the following parts needing repair due to corrosion/damage: ? Four (4) each, ABS-BRG2000FB (BRG2000FB / 2" Flange Bearing, 4-bolt) ? Four (4) each, ABS-SRP-2 (Seal Retainer Plate for 2" Flange Bearing, apprx. 6" x 6") ? Sixteen (16) each, ABS-SPACER BAR-2FB (SPACER BAR-2FB / Spacer Bar for 2" Flange Bearing) ? Four (4) ABS-SEALFE2 (Felt Seal for 2" Flange Bearing - (apprx. 6" x 4"),) ? Two (2) each, ABS-BRG2000HB (2" Hanger Bearing) ? Two (2) each, ABS-SEALFEHB (Felt Seal for 2" Hanger Bearing, Large Hole) ? Two (2) each, ABS-SEALFEHBS (SEALFEHBS / Felt Seal for 2" Hanger Bearing, Small Hole) ? One (1) each, ABS-HGRBRGCVRS-LH (Hanger Bearing Cover, Standard Style, Left Hand) ? Twenty (20) each,ABS-BOLT-AUGER-7G8 ((1) 5/8-11 x 7" Grade 8 Hardened Bolt & (1) Nylock Nut for auger) o Correct any concrete areas that are damaged, to include applying concrete sealant to exposed dry pits, and any damage that occurs during removal of troughs. o Reinstallation of Troughs, Augers, Shed Plates, Grating, and Lids
