The Air Force intends to solicit the following supply Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA): 76 AMXG requests a BPA for the RPB Brand Name purchase of Protective Expendable items. The requested equipment item descriptions/specifications are outlined below. a. RPB Paint Hood: TyChem 2000 Full Hood P/N: 17-712 i. Estimated yearly quantity: 16,000 each. ii. Shall mount directly to the head suspension system and rotate with the user’s head to increase safety and prevent face strikes/smears. iii. Shall have an assigned Protection Factor of 1000. iv. Shall be NIOSH CAR (Type C) approved. b. RPB Chemical Hood: TyChem 4000 Seal Seam Full Hood P/N: 17-713 i. Estimated yearly quantity: 5,000 each. ii. Shall mount directly to head suspension system and rotate with the user’s head to increase safety and prevent face strikes/smears. iii. Shall have an assigned Protection Factor of 1000. iv. Shall be NIOSH CAR (Type C) approved. c. RPB T-Link Respirator Hard Hat Assembly P/N: 17-010-12 i. Estimated yearly quantity: 72 each. d. RPB Tear off lenses (25 pack) to fit same size and shape of hood P/N: 17-815 i. Estimated yearly quantity: 250 each A Firm Fixed Price type contract is contemplated. Estimated Period of Performance: Five (5) year ordering period. This is a small business set-aside System for Award Management (SAM) is required to receive any award. Contractors can register electronically at https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/. The NAICS code for this requirement is 339113 with a size standard of 800 EMP. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement by submitting a proposal.
