The Air Force intends to solicit the following supply: The 76 AMXG/568 AMXS is requesting utilization of funds for the purchase of a vertical bandsaw. The requested equipment item descriptions/specifications are Brand Name or equal to a DoALL Model 2013-V3 bandsaw. The requirements to be considered equal are outlined below. a. Item Number 1 – One (1) DoALL Brand Model 2013-V3 Composite Vertical Bandsaw 1) Shall be a commercial off the shelf (COTS) item. 2) Shall have a maximum power requirement of 208V/30A/3-phase. 3) Shall have variable cutting speeds capable of a minimum of Surface Feet Per Minute (SFPM) to a maximum of at least 5,000 SFPM and controls. 4) Throat capacity: at least 20" 5) Cutting Height Capacity: 12”-14” 6) Blade width: 1/8"-1" 7) Table Height from Floor: 38"-46” 8) Footprint maximum: 72” L x 48” W x 84” H 9) Table Tilt (deg.) maximum: At least 10 positive and at least 45 negative. 10) Table size minimum: 14” x 14” 11) Shall include standard miter gauge. 12) Shall include Blade Guard and Tension control device IAW OSHA 1910.213 13) Shall include Work Light 14) Shall include indicator for blade speeds in feet per minute. 15) Shall include Emergency Stop Button, Blade Start Button, and Blade Stop Button 16) Shall include Vacuum for removal of dust. 17) Shall include compatible 60-80 grit Continuous Diamond Edge, or 70-100 grit Continuous Remington Tungsten Carbide Band Saw Blade 18) Shall deliver to Tinker AFB fully assembled with operator’s manual. A Firm Fixed Price type contract is contemplated. Estimated Period of Performance: 60 days ARO This is a small business set-aside System for Award Management (SAM) is required to receive any award.
