The Air Force intends to have a site visit and solicit for the following commodity: The Contractor shall provide all labor, tools, equipment, test equipment, material, parts, quality control, transportation and inspection manuals necessary to perform the upgrade to the Generation 2 Nacelle stands at the Oklahoma City–Air Logistics Complex (OC-ALC) in accordance with the Statement of Work to satisfy OSHA 29 CFR 1910 and AFI 91-203. A Firm Fixed Price type contract is contemplated. Estimated Delivery should be 120 days ARO. This is a total small business set aside. System for Award Management (SAM) is required to receive any award. Contractors can register electronically at https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/ . The NAICS code for this requirement is 336413 with a size standard of 1250 EMP. The site visit will take place on 11 June from 09:00 AM – 11:00 PM. If you will be attending the site visit, you must notify Sheridan Robison at sheridan.robison@us.af.mil by 9 June at 9:00 AM. The email must contain who will be attending and phone numbers for each individual. YOU MUST RSVP TO THE EMAIL BY THE STATED TIME AND DATE TO BE ALLOWED ON THE SITE VISIT. You will need to bring the following: Valid Driver’s License to obtain access to base Face mask or face covering We will meet at Tinker Pass and ID located just outside Tinker gate at S. Air Depot and I-40 at 8:00 AM on June 11th to obtain passes for all contractors. I, Sheridan Robison, will guide you on base. Once on base, we will go to Building 2122 where the requirements for the Generation 2 Nacelle Stand Upgrade is located. Once there, we will do a quick briefing on what is to be expected during the site visit. You will also meet multiple Subject Matter Expert (SME) and they will show what is expected to be done. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement by submitting a proposal.
