Ellsworth AFB, South Dakota is seeking qualified vendors interested in cleaning, maintaining, and pumping grease traps, sand traps, and oil/water separators across the base in accordance with the attached Performance Work Statement. The current intent is to solicit this requirement as a 5-year ordering period Blanket Purchase Agreement, subject to change based on responses. Interested vendors are invited to submit a written capabilities package covering relevant skills, experience, knowledge, company information, business size/socioeconomic status, intention to bid as primary vendor, joint venture/partnering/mentor-protégé details, government contracts held in the last three years, and differentiators. Responses will be used within the Air Force to determine the appropriate acquisition strategy for a possible future acquisition.
