The Air Force Aerospace Management FMS Branch (AFLCMC/ESAN) is seeking market information on highly mobile, production-ready commercial solutions to modernize Ground Control Approach and Precision Approach Radar capabilities for the Brazilian Air Force and potentially other FMS partner nations, replacing existing L3Harris GCA-2000 and PAR-2000 systems. The desired systems must meet detailed threshold/objective requirements for transportability, PSR/SSR surveillance, precision landing, ATC communications/automation, reliability, maintainability, certifications, ancillary equipment, and sustainment. A future contract, if issued, would require delivery of radar equipment, initial spares, site modifications, and system integration, with the Period of Performance variable depending on solution maturity and deployment timelines. Respondents should provide company information, capabilities and recent NAVAIDS experience, training and sustainment experience, past performance, and cost/schedule estimates including unit production cost, non-recurring engineering, production capacity, long lead items, and available contract vehicles.
