This RFI is for market research and planning only, not a solicitation, and creates no Government obligation to procure or issue a solicitation. It supports the Air Force Life Cycle Management Center (AFLCMC), Defensive Cyber Systems Branch (HNCD), Joint Base San Antonio–Lackland, TX. The purpose is to identify commercial sources capable of providing a next-generation, vendor-agnostic SOAR software solution that meets or exceeds platforms such as Palo Alto Cortex XSOAR while avoiding vendor ecosystem lock-in. The desired platform must use highly extensible modular open architecture and deploy across enterprise cloud, garrison, and tactical edge environments on standard COTS computing baselines known as the V+ platform architecture. The Government seeks robust decentralized orchestration, a broad open-integration marketplace, native threat intelligence lifecycle management, and advanced ML-assisted analyst workflows, with additional information provided in the attachment.
