The contractor will perform airfield rubber removal and paint striping on pavements at Joint Base Graham - Air Base in North Charleston, SC, and North Auxiliary Airfield in Orangeburg County, SC. Work includes rubber removal via water-blasting or chemical means, removal of painted markings and joint sealants, re-facing sealant reservoirs, applying new painted markings and various joint seals (self-leveling silicone, tooled silicone, preformed neoprene), plus incidental related work. Specific requirements will be defined in individual delivery orders issued by the government. The contractor must supply all management, labor, materials, equipment, transportation, supervision, and testing.
