This is a request for information regarding a potential future requirement for recurring Virtual Imagery Processing Capability (VIP-C) support and sustainment services. The effort would require expertise in high-performance computing hardware and architecture, SAR and EO sensors, DoD LEO sensors, commercial sensors, message normalization, pixel and metadata quality improvements, open modular architecture, and lead integration of GEOINT capabilities.
