The Air Force is conducting a Sources Sought to determine whether an IDIQ contract for Joint Simulation Environment (JSE) requirements will be unrestricted or set aside for small business. The contractor must provide development, integration, and testing of modeling and simulation capabilities, plus operations and product support at designated JSE test and training sites. Planned major sites are JITTC-N at Nellis AFB, NV and JITTC-E at Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson, AK, with a possible third site in the European theatre and potential additional sites. The IDIQ is expected to commence in the 4th Quarter of CY27 with a 10-year period of performance, and the first task order supporting JITTC-N is anticipated in the 1st Quarter of CY28 with up to a 6-month transition with the incumbent. The period of performance is anticipated as a minimum 1-year base period with up to nine 1-year option periods.
