SBA Certified Economically Disadvantaged WOSB (EDWOSB) Program Set-Aside (FAR 19.15)

This is a firm-fixed price IDIQ contract for painting and pressure washing services, issued as a 100% set-aside for Economically Disadvantaged Women-Owned Small Businesses within a 250-mile radius. The work, defined by individual task orders, will be performed at Maxwell AFB, Maxwell-Gunter Annex AFB, Lake Martin Recreation Area, or the Vigilant Warrior training site. The total contract value has a ceiling of $3 million over a five-year period. The solicitation will be available for free on the SAM.gov website, and all offerors must be actively registered in SAM with the correct NAICS code.
