This requirement is for comprehensive Long-Distance and Local Telecommunication Services to support Malmstrom Air Force Base, Montana, on a 24/7/365 basis. The services must be Internet-Protocol based, excluding Defense Switching Network services, and are to be acquired using a performance-based approach. The contractor is responsible for all labor, materials, and infrastructure to provide local access to specified circuit demarcation points, ensuring compatibility with existing Government systems. The work includes installing transmission equipment and cables to designated Government floor space, connecting to provided power and termination frames, and coordinating with a Government point of contact. Aerial cable installations are not authorized.
