The 48th Contracting Squadron at RAF Lakenheath, United Kingdom, seeks feedback/sources from companies/entities capable of providing all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, vehicles, supervision, and other items and services necessary to perform the Furnishing Management Section (FMS) Haulage, Maintenance, and Repair Services described in the attached draft performance work statement (PWS). NOTE: The Performance Work Statement (PWS) provided in this RFI is a draft PWS only and is subject to change prior to the release of a formal solicitation. All responses to this RFI must be provided as an attachment in an e-mail message addressed to the Point of Contact (POC), below with the subject line “Response to FMSS RFI” no later than 1400 GMT on 04 February 2026. Only electronic responses will be accepted. Responses submitted by any other means will not be considered.
