Services required are for sustainment engineering (maintenance, repair, replacement/refurbishment), configuration management, obsolescence prevention, and logistics support (to include operation/schedule management and transportation) for the Misawa/Osan/Kunsan/Kadena Instrumentation Training System (MOKKITS). The MOKKITS encompassing 47 Government furnished pods, 91 contractor provided pods (approximately 138 pods overall), and four (4) government furnished Surface Instrumentation Subsystems (SIS). The performance will be located primarily at Misawa Air Base (AB), Japan; Osan AB, Republic of Korea; Kunsan AB, Republic of Korea; and Kadena AB, Japan, but can be relocated/transported and used at any location within the USINDOPACOM area of operations (AOR) towards exercises.
