Renovate Building 736 Fort Leonard Wood, MO
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Kansas City District, is seeking contractors to renovate and modernize Building 736, a 40,640-square-foot, three-story barracks from the 1960s that currently houses basic training/one station unit training trainees at Fort Leonard Wood, Missouri. The work will involve selective demolition, renovation, and modernization of the barracks plus associated sitework. The project also includes construction of an approximately 3,000-square-foot addition, along with fine grading, landscaping, and other site work per the provided plans and specifications. A design was completed by the Kansas City District Corps of Engineers in April 2019 and updated for UFC changes in June 2024.
