This is a firm-fixed-price contract to supply safe, fully operational ground transportation vehicles for U.S. Army Corps of Engineers personnel in Kuwait, within the U.S. Central Command area of responsibility. The required fleet includes up to nine mid-size 4x4 SUVs and two full-size 4x4 SUVs, with new or like-new vehicles, comprehensive insurance, maintenance, and 24/7 breakdown recovery services provided by the contractor. The base performance period is 12 months, from 28 November 2026 through 27 November 2027, followed by four one-year option periods and a possible six-month extension. Vehicles must be delivered in Kuwait at locations specified by the Contracting Officer’s Representative, with contractor personnel requiring access to specified U.S. military bases. Performance will take place throughout Kuwait, including on U.S. military bases and public/private property.
