The... This is a notice of the Government's intent to issue a single source purchase order to Philips Corporation Inc., Federal Division, pursuant to FAR 13.106-1(b)(i). This is not a Request for Quotes. The 325th Maintenance Squadron, Tyndall AFB, FL requires the installation, Performance Assurance (PA) Program maintenance, inspection, testing, calibration, and repair services to be completed on 3 each Haas brand Mills/Lathes and 1 each OMAX brand Waterjet equipment to be performed by Haas and OMAX certified technicians. OMAX utilizes Phillips Federal as its exclusive distributor for federal government accounts. They are authorized to work on our behalf and represent OMAX to the federal government. No other distributor or agent is authorized to represent OMAX in the federal government space. Phillips Corporation Inc., Federal Division, is the sole and exclusive distributor of Haas CNC Machine Tools and any associated factory certified service, training and applications work for United Sates Government facilities. This includes any factory certified service related contracts, maintenance agreements, training and applications work onHaas equipment. The Government intends to issue a Request for Quote on or about 4 September directly to Philips Corporation Inc., Federal Division for the aforementioned services. All responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency.
