This is a turnkey Design-Build contract for the replacement of the existing roof system at the Ft. Gibson Powerhouse. The contractor is responsible for all aspects of investigation, design, and construction to deliver a complete new 2-ply Modified Bituminous Membrane roof and drainage system. The work includes options for new guard rails and roof ladders. The performance location is the Ft. Gibson Powerhouse.
