This notice is issued in efforts to seek sources and obtain input form industry in regards to the Government's requirement only. The Government's intent is to determine contractor interest and the availability of small business sources. Inputs from industry for potential revisions to the attached PWS draft and anticipated Contract Line Item Structure (CLIN) are encouraged. Brief summary of services: The Contractor shall provide Sports Officiating and Scorekeeping services at Los Angeles Air Force Base for all adult intramural, varsity, special events, contest and co-ed sport activities, and pre-season games that will occur approximately two (2) weeks prior to the start of the regular season as defined in the attached PWS. Games may be scheduled at LAAFB, the El Segundo Sports Complex in the city of El Segundo, located approximately 3 miles south of LAAFB or within a 10 mile radius of El Segundo or San Pedro, California. The anticipated CLIN structure is as follows: xxx1: Sports Official / Referees - (Total of 560 throughout the year) xxx2: Score Keepers - (Total of 112 throughtout the year) xxx3: League Meetings - (1/Quarter) Currently th Government is considering a future procurement for the establishement of a multiple year contract with a Base Year and four(4) Option Years.
