The purpose of this amendment is add the questions received in response to the Synopsis/RFQ and the answers provided (Attachment 1 Questions_ Answers_20240510). Due to the delayed response to the update of the answers, it was decided to extend the Synopsis/RFQ submission due date to Friday, 24 May 2024 by 4:00 p.m. The information within attachment (Attachment 2-AE Synopsis Toilet_Shower Facility_Version2) supersedes the information within attachment (AE Synopsis Toilet_Shower Facility.pdf). The purpose of this amendment is to add the questions received in response to the Synopsis/RFQ and the answers provided (Attachment 1 Questions_ Answers_20240513). A revised Synopsis/RFQ Version 3 has also been added to sam.gov in response to Item #3 from the Questions and Answers, with an added paragraph l(f) Current Programmed Amount (PA) for this project is $1,800,00.00. All expended funds are to be used for, and in support of, the effort to do an in-house construction project for a Shower/Toilet Unisex Facility.
