Notice of Intent to Sole-Source: The 56th Contracting Squadron (CONS) – Luke AFB, AZ intends to award on a sole-source basis, a contract to J MacAulay & Co, LLC to provide training for facilitators and associated licensing to implement the Warrior’s Edge Program throughout the 56th FW. Warrior’s Edge is a program centered on mental resiliency by training the mind to lean toward positive coping skills. Incorporating mindfulness techniques, Warrior’s Edge is intended to better prepare airmen to manage stress and improve their performance by treating their mind as they would a muscle. J MacAualy & Co, LLC's unique techniques and proprietary aspects of Warrior's Edge make it the only source available to fulfill this requirement. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE OFFERS and a solicitation will not be issued. All responsible sources may submit a quote which shall be considered. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition of this requirement would be advantageous to the Government. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. If no affirmative written response is received, the award will be made without further notice. Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this notice. If your company wishes to submit a response to this notice, all RESPONSES ARE DUE NO LATER THAN 1 FEB 2024 by 3:00 PM MST and ensure you include both POCs listed in this notice.
