This RFI seeks information on non-personal financial and administrative support services for the Resource Management Directorate at the Naval Health Research Center under NAICS 541611 ($24.5M size standard) and PSC R699. It is strictly for information and planning, not an RFP/RFQ, and no contract will be awarded from the announcement. The contractor would provide administrative, budgetary, organizational, and operational survey/study support; analyze NHRC mission-related matters; recommend administrative actions; and demonstrate understanding of BUMED financial structures and systems.
