Unmanned Drone Platform, hardware, and training
The government seeks 15 10-inch digital FPV unmanned drone systems, two mobile ground control stations, peripheral hardware, connectivity systems, field support equipment, and a five-day on-site Operator and Instructor Training Course at Stennis Space Center, MS. The drones must be rotary-wing strike platforms with at least 2.5 kg payload, 40-minute endurance, 35 km range, 90 km RF command/control, and speeds up to 105 mph, plus factory-integrated EO/IR sensors. They also require onboard AI autonomous terminal guidance capable of target acquisition and engagement in GNSS-denied, jammed, or lost-link conditions, using 4.9–5.9 GHz AES-256 encrypted digital links compatible with the MANTRAS mesh network. The mobile GCS units must fit in 30L backpacks, deploy in under 3 minutes, include displaced 100-meter RF links with RolaTube masts, rugged ATAK/MANTRAS tablets, auxiliary battery packs, six digital FPV goggles, and two Starlink kits for BLOS backhaul. All hardware must comply with NDAA procurement standards and be on the DoD Blue UAS Cleared List, with no unauthorized foreign microelectronics or unvetted software.
