Moody AFB is contemplating a firm-fixed price, one-time service contract for helicopter landing zone (HLZ) and dropping zone (DZ) land clearing services. The LZ shall be clear and free of holes/ruts at the end of completion. The two (2) 75.8 acre DZ shall be cleared of all debris exceeding twelve (12) inches in height. All three (3) areas shall be mowed to a height of no more than six (6) inches in its entirety. Interested parties shall respond to both points of contact listed in this sources sought with the following information: -Business Name & Size -CAGE/UEI Code -Any applicable socio-economic categories (ex., WOSB, VOSB, etc.) -Name, phone number, and email address of business POC IF A SOLICITATION IS ISSUED IT WILL BE ANNOUNCED AT A LATER DATE, and all interested parties must respond to that solicitation announcement separately from responses to this announcement. No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this announcement.
