The Navy seeks information from contractors capable of providing secure documents and media destruction services for NAVSUP Headquarters and Business Systems Center at Naval Support Activity Mechanicsburg, PA. The contractor would provide all personnel, equipment, transportation, containers, and other resources to securely collect, transport, destroy, and dispose of designated materials in accordance with federal, DoD, DON, and local requirements, with a draft SOW describing tasks and deliverables; the anticipated NAICS code is 561990 if solicited. Interested parties are asked to provide a capability statement of up to four searchable PDF pages, including a cover sheet and past performance, covering company information, socioeconomic status, SOW capability and feedback, subcontracting compliance, relevant contract vehicles, general market-research pricing, and DoD/DON experience. They may also provide one past performance response using the attached form for relevant contracts or efforts within the past five years, including contract/task order number, vehicle, prime/subcontractor role, final price, performance dates, locations, and relevance to the SOW.
