This is a Sources Sought Synopsis announcement; a market survey for information only, to be used for preliminary planning purposes. THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION FOR PROPOSALS AND NO CONTRACT WILL BE AWARDED FROM THIS SYNOPSIS. No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this synopsis or any follow-up information requests. The purpose of this synopsis is to gain knowledge of potential HUBZone, Small Businesses and Service-Disabled Veteran Sources, Small Disadvantaged Businesses 8(a), Women Owned Businesses or large business interest in the Greater Columbia, SC region. Contractor's status will be verified through SAM and SBA. This notice is for planning purposes only. All interested parties should respond. The MICC-Fort Jackson may issue a solicitation and award of a contract for “Fort Jackson Follow-on Overhead Doors Repair & Services IDIQ,” subject to availability of funds. The MICC-Fort Jackson is seeking qualified, experienced and capable sources with certified technicians who possess the skills, training, and technical know-how of performing Fort Jackson Follow-on Overhead Doors Repair & Services. Fort Jackson has facilities that utilize various types of doors that require maintenance and repair on an “as needed” basis. These doors vary in size and type as required for the proper function of that facility. Various types of facilities include vehicle maintenance, facility maintenance, range maintenance, dining facilities (DFACs), vehicle storage, administration and warehousing. Full details are provided in the attached draft copy performance work statement. The place of performance is the Fort Jackson South Carolina 29207. All interested concerns will provide this office, in writing, a notice stating their positive intention to submit a proposal no later than 2:00pm on May 9, 2025 by completing and signing the Source Sought Information Request Form (link to form below).
