This is a Sources Sought Notice strictly for the purpose of market research, and shall not be constructed as a solicitation. This is not a Request for Proposals (RFP), quotes (RFQ), or an invitation to submit offers. Providing information in response to this notice is voluntary. The Government will not pay for provided information or reimburse respondents for any costs incurred in preparing and submitting their response to this notice. The Defense Commissary Agency (DeCA) is seeking potential small and large businesses who are capable of providing and delivering various Meat Scales and Wrapping Systems to DeCA stores located in the CONUS and OCONUS areas. The various equipment is shown in Attachments A, B and C. If you express interest in this requirement, and possess similar equipment that meets the specifications stated in each CED, then please send an email with your model type with its’ specifications to the Contract Specialist at quentin.portee@deca.mil.
