NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SINGLE SOURCE: The 673rd Contracting Squadron, Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson, Alaska intends to award a firm-fixed price, single source service contract to CENMED Enterprises Inc. for services necessary to perform preventive and corrective maintenance (on-site) for Stellar M22 Lumenis Svs and Maint. The NAICS code for this acquisition is 811210.The manufacturer was able to confirm the ability to provide the items of the requirement. This purchase will be made under Simplified Acquisition Procedures as authorized by FAR 13.106-1(b)(i). The anticipated award date is 28 April 2023. Please note that this is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all interested parties who believe they can meet the requirements are invited to submit in writing complete information describing their ability to provide the product/services listed. Deadline date for the submittal is Friday, 07 April 2023 at 2:00 pm Alaska Standard Time. A determination by the government not to compete this requirement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government.
