The Requirement number is A028076 and shall be used to reference any written responses to this source sought. The North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) Code identified for this requirement is 611620, with a size standard of $9.0M. The 628th Contracting Squadron is seeking sources for an upcoming requirement for a Contractor to provide Group Exercise Instructor Services at the 628 FSS Air Base Fitness & Sports Center at Joint Base Charleston, SC. Instruction shall include but is not limited to Step, Interval, Aerobics Dance classes to include high/ low impact, equipment based classes, strength conditioning classes, abs classes, spinning classes, yoga, and pilates. Instructors shall be certified by a nationally recognized certification company to include but not limited to: Aerobic and Fitness Association of America (AFAA), American Council on Exercise (ACE), National Aerobics & Fitness Association (NAFTA), American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM), and American Aerobic Association International (AAAI/ISMA), National Exercise Trainers Association (NETA) American Fitness Professional and Associates (AFPA) and Coopers. The government requests interested parties submit a statement outlining their company’s capabilities in providing the required services. Include your company’s SAM UEI, and Cage Code, a brief description of your company’s business size (i.e. annual revenues, and employee size), and business status (i.e., 8(a), HUBZone, SB, WOSB, EDWOSB SDVOSB, etc.).
