AFRL/RGKA intends to solicit and negotiate a sole source Contract with Keystone Space Collaborative 1001 N Sheridan Ave, Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania 15206 The purpose of this procurement is to obtain memberships for commercially-available, public-facing collaborative work environments to support the needs of AFWERX Pittsburgh, including but not limited to building mission support partnerships as necessary. The collaborative work environment must place a strong premium on building partnerships and relationships with local businesses, academic institutions, non-profit organizations, and entrepreneurs to encourage innovation and promote small business access to DoD, Air Force, and Federal Agency challenges and/or requirements. Key to this is the ability to gain access to several coworking facilities across the Pittsburgh area with each membership and to grow/shrink the presence at each location seamlessly. Memberships include: Access to public workspaces, 7 days per week; 0600-2300 hrs. Parking Event space and event facilitation for 2-8 events per year comprising of small events (up to 50 attendees) and medium size events (over 50 attendees) AV equipment that can accommodate AirPlay, Google Meet VTCs, and/or other commercial conferencing and presentation applications Central Shipping address Public access and workspaces must be monitored and protected 24/7 by onsite security Business support services (Wi-Fi Internet access for an unlimited number of devices, color printing, conference room booking for up to 50 attendees) Access to entrepreneurs, start-ups, mentors, angel investors, and Venture Capitalists across Pittsburgh (preferably with experience in but not limited to Artificial Intelligence, Human/Machine Systems, Space, Autonomy, and Cyber). Ability to support future classified projects and support construction of a sensitive compartmented information facility (SCIF). The Government will review any/all information submitted to determine if other responsible sources exist that could provide this requirement. Information received in response to this announcement will be used solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
