THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT SYNOPSIS FOR PLANNING PURPOSES ONLY. The United States Strategic Command (USSTRATCOM) Command and Control facility (C2F) is seeking qualified contractors who are equipped with robust audio visual (AV) infrastructure, supporting centralized control capabilities of all conference room displays, video teleconferencing, operational centers, and many other AV capabilities throughout the facility, and other designated facilities. The 55th Contracting Squadron at Offutt Air Force Base, Nebraska, seeks a potential source to provide Audio Visual infrastructure building a team for the Enterprise AV Operations and Maintenance (O&M) requirements, the Global Operations Center (GOC) AV O&M requirements, and the Enterprise AV Engineering requirements. The Enterprise AV Engineering will provide engineering support and upgrades to the USSTRATCOM/J6. The intent of this project is for the contractor to provide an AV team to manage, engineer, design, operate, and maintain required systems while providing high quality and highly reliable capabilities to USSTRATCOM customers. The contractor shall provide and maintain a standard set of AV capabilities in the USSTRACOM C2F and other designated facilities to communicate and collaborate with subordinates, peers, and National Leadership.
