TITLE: F3T2CM2133A001, Sole Source Acquisition for Flameholder Repair The 4th Contracting Squadron, Seymour Johnson AFB, NC intends to award a sole source purchase order to Paradigm Precision. Required Services to be purchased are: Service Provider (SP) shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to repair F-15E flame holders, NSN: 2840-04-326-4066, part number 4075497, to OEM specifications,. Paradigm is SAR-certified to repair the Flameholders to OEM specification including replacing the nosepiece on every flameholder with or without Thermal Barrier Coating (TBC). TBC vastly extends the life of the part and is preferred over no coating. APPLICABILITY OF AUTHORITY: This purchase will be made under Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Products and Commercial Services as authorized by FAR 13.5. Paradigm Precision is the only company which meet all the requirements and is SAR-certified to perform OEM specification repairs including TBC. Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract lies solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive requirement. The anticipated award date is unknown.
