The purpose of this amendment is to update the period of performance dates from 1 December 2022 through 30 November 2025 to 26 September 2022 to 25 September 2025. This change applies to the description of this post as well as the attached Notice of Intent document and Performance Work Statement. The 673d Contracting Squadron at Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson (JBER), Alaska, intends to award a firm fixed price, single-source contract to VISION TECHNOLOGIES, LLC, under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i). The proposed contract action is for the acquisition of regularly scheduled preventive maintenance and calibration (on-site) for the list of equipment in Attachment 1 of the PWS. These units are located at the 673 Medical Group, Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson, Alaska. The 673 Medical Group requires a maintenance and service agreement that provides all personnel, equipment, tools, test equipment, transportation, parts, materials, supervision and other items and services necessary to perform preventive maintenance and calibration (on-site) for the equipment listed in Attachment 1 of the PWS. The Period of Performance for the required services are as follows: Base Year: (26 Sep 22 - 25 Sep 23) Option Year 1: (26 Sep 23 - 25 Sep 24) Option Year 2: (26 Sep 24 - 25 Sep 25)
