The required items/services to be purchased are: Digital Interoperability Kit – 4 FW FOS, Part No. 0614-K000701-567 Digital Interoperability Kit – 4 FW CL, Part No. 0614-K000701-568 Digital Interoperability Kit – 4 FW Smalls, Part No. 0614-K000701-569 APPLICABILITY OF AUTHORITY: This purchase will be made under Simplified Acquisition Procedures as authorized by FAR 6.305(b)(7), Sole source awards under the WOSB Program, 15 U.S.C. 637(m). This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract lies solely within the discretion of the Government.
