Weigh no mo... We are requesting quotes for 2 Life Rafts for helicopter. It must meet the following requirements. a. Transportable and deployable by one person for all personnel on board the aircraft. b. Weigh no more than 61 lbs and dimensions no greater than 29" wide x 18" high x 9.5" deep c. Life raft must be manual or air-drop activated with self-erecting canopy. d. Life raft case is clearly marked with use instructions and includes survival kit tethered to life raft. The Government is looking to award a contract resulting from this RFQ to the responsible offeror whose offer conforms to the RFQ and will be most advantageous to the Government. Technical capability, pricing, past performance, and delivery time, considered. The Government may reject any or all offers if such action is in the public interest; may accept technically acceptable offers other than the lowest offer; and waive informalities and minor irregularities in offers received.
