This is not a solicitation for proposals and no contract will be awarded from thissynopsis. No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this synopsis or any follow-up information requests. Thepurpose of this synopsis is to gain knowledge of potentially qualified sources; please do not request a copy of a solicitation, as one does not exist at this time. An industry day is not required for this sources sought, no individual visits/meetings will be set with the contracting office. This sources sought is attempting to seek smallbusinesses capable of meeting the requirement, no other Socioeconomic Programs will be considered as direct/sole source award. The 50th Contracting Squadron at Schriever SFB seeks potential Small Business sources capable of providing: 1. Four (4), pre-engineered modular buildings; ranging in size from 20,000 SF to 70,000 Square Feet. Each building will have enclosed offices, open space for cubicleoffice space to be furnished as part of the building as well as conference room. 2. Buildings must be fully plumbed, wired for telephone, data, fully heated, and cooled. See attached documents for more details. If you have the capability and are interested in this acquisition, submit a detailed capability statement which, at a minimum, identifies: 1. Relevant past performance with evidence of similar work completed in the past three years, to include dollar value. 2. Point of contact including name, phone number, physical address and e-mail address. 3. Size status and/or SBA certification. 4. Positive statement of interest to submit a proposal. 5. Industry is encouraged to provide feedback, comments, or questions on the draft acquisition requirements.
